Luxembourg Steel (Sichuan) Co., Ltd. ("Lugang") is a 100% ArcelorMittal subsidiary and was founded in 1999. In the past 10 years, Lugang has developed itself with national coverage distribution network.

The company has 11 subsidiaries / branch offices in Shanghai (headquarter), Tianjin, Lanzhou, Wuxi, Chongqing, Chengdu, Changsha, Wuhan, Kunming, Guiyang and Guangzhou. The main business is sales of carbon steel products focused on construction applications and industrial end-users. The company has sourcing partnership with both ArcelorMittal mills and Chinese domestic steel producers, such as Termirtau, Hunan Valin, China Oriental, Ma'anshan I&S  and Laiwu I&S.

With guaranteed product quality, customized services and a highly professional management team, Lugang has succeeded in supplying key infrastructure projects in China, such as Shanghai World Expo. venue construction, Qinhuangdao port relocation and Shanghai Waigaoqiao shipyard.
