    Sills multibeam Type A
    Description

    The Multibeam profile, widely sold by Profil du Futur on the French markets, has the benefit of 30 years’ application in Europe and around the world. The use of Sendzimir galvanised steel (275 gr/m² double sided and up to 600 gr/m² double sided) with a guaranteed elastic limit of 350 N/mm² and 390 N/mm² contributes to the performance and quality of the Multibeam profile.
    Type A Multibeam profiles are typified by a 70 mm wide fin and come in 3 heights: 230, 260 and 300 mm

    Our detachable end-pieces in 45X45X3 or 70X70X3 angle are used to allow for the easy addition of a future extension.

    Tubular tie

    Description 
    Our tubular ties consisting of a 28 mm Ø galva tube and polyamide end-pieces crimped to the ends are used to maintain the spacing of profiles in bays.

    Fishplate for type A and B

    Description 
    Our fishplates matching the shape of the profiles that they assemble are used to provide continuity of support and thus convert isostatic purlins into continuous purlins on two or more bays.

    Weld-on cleat

    Description 
    Our weld-on cleats are supplied rough and can be shipped by courier on receipt of order. In the case of substantial compression forces to be allowed for, ask us for confirmation.

    Bolt-on cleat

    Description 
    Our bolt-on cleats accept hole spacings from 46 to 100 mm without stiffener and from 56 to 100 mm with stiffener. Two hole Øs: 14 and 18 mm. In the case of substantial compression forces to be allowed for, ask us for confirmation

    Cross-member stability stay

    Description 
    Our stability stays only need to be fitted on a single side. It is the user’s responsibility to check the stay and the rigidity of the stabilisation system.
