Design Profiles and Panels

Arval visually creative facade systems give buildings prestige and character. The outer appearance can be tailored toorder and adapted to the form and nature conceived by the architect.

Special perforations are made to strengthen the originality of the cladding and filter light.

Design

With its broken lines and random curves, Design appears as if it has been fashioned by the wind. This system is made from stainless or precoated galvanised steel sheets with a thickness of 0.5 mm or 0.75 mm depending on the material, and can be used on façade cladding or for interior decoration. Its mirror effect breaks up the surrounding light and invites the landscape to paint its colours according to the time and the season.

IMPLEMENTATION

When using these systems, it is first necessary to arrange the layout while taking into account the dimensions of the buildings, windows, and any expansion devices.
It is essential that the secondary structural framework be perfectly aligned so that the surface is rendered as smoothly as possible. Fixings are generally invisible.
The surfaces are installed in accordance with the general rules of cladding construction.
They can be applied directly onto a load-bearing framework or on facings placed on the main structural framework with insulating products in between and a light secondary framework.
