Composite floors

The wide range of Arval floors makes it possible to adapt to all site conditions and the technical needs of the client. The combination of steel and concrete, created using special rib and stud forms, provides substantial savings over the laying of floors of equal performance using traditional solutions and is also a quicker and completely safe implementation. | ![]() |

Cofradal 200
COFRADAL® 200 is a precast concrete flooringmade of steel, heat insulation, reinforcement and concrete. Two to three times lighter than conventional decking, COFRADAL® 200 can carry high load capacities and bridge large spans economically without additional support. This effortlessly achieves optimum values for insulation, acoustics and fire resistance. The raw concrete surface canbe used immediately for the foundations of the floor covering.
Ceilings and roofs of industrial, commercial, office and residential buildings, infrastructure objects, public buildings, schools and sports halls… or to put it simply, anywhere where time means money!

IMPLEMENTATION
Rapid progress of building-site work
The steel floors are manufactured to the lengths specified on the order according to a slab layout plan and then delivered on pallets. The quick and easy implementation takes place in several expertly handled sequences by assembly teams.
A safe working platform
The steel floor is ready to use and can be walked on as soon as it is fixed. It constitutes a working platform providing perfect safety conditions. The floors create an efficient and sealed formwork and the under side remains clean. The floor openings are placed before pouring with no need to drill the floor. The lack of an open cavity optimises safety on site
Well organised building sites
Several storeys of floor can be prepared in advance. For mixed steel-concrete floors, sequential pouring over several storeys can be designed for installation without props. The Arval steel floor systems improve the consistency of the schedule from the basements to the roof terrace. Allows completed floors to be put into use earlier whilst allowing ongoing development of other levels
