Upon customer request, we can arrange for additional testing in an accredited laboratory with witness and endorsement by a 3rd party classification body. By doing so, we reassure the quality of our product or upgrade our product by performing more stringent tests on top of the standard. Such additional tests are possible for:
- Heat treatment to improve strength, toughness and overall quality
- Chemical analysis, Macrographic of grain size
- Mechanical analysis
- CVN at lower temperature than standard, in longitude or transverse direction
- Through Thickness test (Z qualities)
- Non Destructive Test: ultrasonic test, radiographic test, magnetic particle inspection
