Upon customer request, we can arrange for additional testing in an accredited laboratory with witness and endorsement by a 3rd party classification body. By doing so, we reassure the quality of our product or upgrade our product by performing a more stringent test on top of the standard. Such additional tests are possible for:
- Heat treatment to improve strength, toughness and overall quality
- Chemical analysis, Macrographic of grain size
- Mechanical analysis
- CVN at lower temperature than standard, in longitude or transverse direction
- Through Thickness test (Z qualities)
- Non Destructive Test: ultrasonic test, radiographic test, magnetic particle inspection
