TAB-House™
TAB-House™ is an offering of SFRC solutions for residential buildings up to two and a half stories high.

The primary solutions offered by ArcelorMittal in this field are:
- The foundation plate or raft foundation (for larger buildings, please see also TAB-Raft™).
- Including those foundations using interlocking polystyrene pods underneath.
- The basement walls.
- Line or plot foundations.
- Light concrete walls.
- Terraces and walkways.
Typical fibre dosage rates are from 20 to 40 kg/m³. TAB-House™ generally allows for the total replacement of traditional reinforcement with steel fibres. Where there are local load peaks, these can be covered by adding an additional layer of mesh under the load application point.
In some countries certification is mandatory for using SFRC in housing applications. For clarification or further information, please contact our technical department.

The British Board of Agrément (BBA) has awarded an Agrément Certificate 09/4677 to ArcelorMittal for the construction of groundsupported floor slabs, foundations and pile-supported ground beams in domestic and similar types of buildings cast on the ground in locations not subject to clay heave. |
