ArcelorMittal’s aggressive commitment to protecting the environment has been validated by Mother Nature herself, as numerous species of animals make their homes at our industrial facilities. At ArcelorMittal Cleveland, many animals can be seen on the site including deer, great blue heron and even a pair of peregrine falcons that make their nest on a conveyor tower almost at the exact center of the facility and return every year to hatch their chicks.
ArcelorMittal Cleveland installed a Web cam so that the public can witness this amazing discovery.
