Thanks to the intrinsic qualities of the product ArcelorMittal Flat Carbon Europe is able to offer you a 25-year warranty for Aluzinc® applications in the construction sector, on request and under certain conditions:
- Aluzinc® has higher corrosion resistance properties compared to other metallic coated products (tested in laboratories)
- The product maintains its performances when aging (measured on buildings in industrial environments which were erected 20 years ago)
- Its appearance stability enables the product to keep its gloss for a very long time
- Resistance to weather conditions makes temporary storage in open air on the construction site of processed products possible
- ArcelorMittal Flat Carbon Europe has a great experience in producing Aluzinc® (since 1982)
- Further improvements, such as the thin organic coatings “Easyfilm®” (*)
- The development of steel grades for deep drawing applications allows the most severe deformations
- A rapid growth of produced tonnages and implementation, especially in humid tropical environments
- Increasing use as substrate for pre-painting and post-painting, especially for the production of tiles
