Meeting the needs of our industrial clients
Commercial Team Industry (CTI) is the organisation responsible for all of our industrial sector clients in Europe. CTI comprises Central Accounts & Partners and One Network.
These are - together with Automotive Europe - responsible for selling products from the mills across ArcelorMittal Flat Carbon Europe.
A coherent commercial network
ArcelorMittal Flat Cabon Europe is serving customers in 28 European countries from 22 mills.
32 European commercial offices are grouped into 6 clusters according to natural links and proximity:
- Commerical Area West: Benelux, France, UK
- Commerical Area South: Italy, Portugal, Spain
- Commerical Area North East: Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland, Slovakia
- Commerical Area Central: Austria, Germany, Switzerland
- Commerical Area South East: Balkans, Greece, Romania, Turkey
- Commerical Area NOBA: Baltics, Denmark, Finland, Norway, Sweden
The cluster concept was created both to keep our commercial contacts close to our customers and to make sure they can focus their energy entirely on looking after customers.

Specialist Key Account Managers for global clients
As a number of large customers operate on a global basis, for example domestic appliance manufacturers. These clients are managed by the Central Accounts team with specialists in managing international accounts, e.g. Global or Key Account Managers.
