Global Account Managers (GAMs) are ArcelorMittal’s solution to serving its clients on a global level. The GAM is the Key Account Manager (KAM) of the region where the client’s decision centre is based or where the client produces his largest volumes. KAMs – together with our Client Technical Service (CTS) coordinators – manage the various client teams dedicated to our automotive customers.

This means that, through their regular sales contact – a single, familiar point of entry – customers have access to a whole team of people whose job it is to address all topics relating to their business.
