That is why every new recruit is appointed a buddy – whether you start working in a production department or in a supporting service. Besides a personal coach, you are also given basic training to learn more about the company. After this, an in-depth training will focus on your specific job and department.

All personnel members and retired employees are invited, together with their families. The last edition welcomed nearly 13,000 participants. Those looking for recreational activities within the company can find it in the Friends´ Circle association which, besides sports and cultural events, also organises weekends, trips and even the annual St Nicholas Party. Each month our company magazine describes what is happening on the work floor.
