When recruiting new employees, we look further than just filling a specific job. We would like the candidates to be employable for more than just that one job. These broad opportunities for development ensure that most employees spend their entire working lives with us. A seniority of 35 to 40 years at retirement age is therefore no exception. Employee turnover within our company (excluding retirements) is limited to 0.5 to 0.6%, one of the lowest scores in industry.
