ArcelorMittal's Board of Directors is responsible for the overall supervision of the Company. On 13 May 2008, following the end of Mr Joseph Kinsch's mandate as Chairman, Mr Lakshmi N Mittal became Chairman of the Board.
On 1 September 2009 Malay Mukherjee stepped down from the Board of Directors in order to pursue other interests. Currently, the Board of Directors is comprised of 11 directors, The Committee composition will be updated after their next Board meeting.
