The necessity to open skylights in the roof of the Steel Plant was reduced by the end of the year; thus, in Nov. 2008, skylights were opened for only six days in the month only as opposed to one every day in average for the previous part of the year. In December, 1 day only and in January 09, they were not opened any more. |
