International Women's Day
One in six employee in our company is a woman - currently 1074 work here. And they don’t work only in administration, in warehouses or in laboratories, they are needed in the most demanding operations.
„We highly appreciate work of our female employees for this reason they all received a gift for International Women’s Day as an acknowledgement. It has nothing to do with the former regime’s celebrations – we just humanly realize that the way how women handle both their work and household duties deserves acknowledgement,“ adds HR Director, Ctirad Lolek. This year each female employee of ArcelorAMittal Ostrava will get a fondue set for IWD.
