Audit Committee
The audit committee is a special body of the company that is entitled to monitor the process of preparing final accounts and consolidated final accounts, assesses the efficiency of the internal audit of the company or the risk management system, monitors the process of mandatory audit of the final accounts and consolidated final accounts, review an independence of the auditor and auditing company, recommends the auditor.
The audit committee consists of three members in all.
The audit committee is elected and removed at the annual general meeting.
