Governor awarded best corporate responsible companies
ArcelorMittal Ostrava was evaluated as one in three best companies in terms of Corporate Responsibility. On Monday 4 January the representatives of our company took part in a ceremonial announcement of the Governor’s prize for Corporate Responsibility which was held at Antonín Dvoøák Theatre in Ostrava. Among other awarded companies were Tøínec Steelworks and Dalkia. The goal of this initiative was to support interest of companies into the environment and corporate responsibility. A total of 25 companies got engaged in the first year of the contests.
