Automatic guarantee, valid as from 1 January 2011
ArcelorMittal Flat Carbon Europe just developed Granite® Rain, a new organic coated steel offer specifically dedicated to rainwater systems.
This range contains 2 products with a double-sided organic coating on a minimum Z275 substrate:
- Granite® Rain HDX 55 µm/55 µm, with a good formability even at low temperatures, an excellent corrosion and scratch resistance
- Granite® Rain HDS 35 µm/35 µm, the cheapest compromise between aesthetics and weathering resistance
The Granite® Rain Automatic guarantee from ArcelorMittal Flat Carbon Europe is valid as from 1 January 2011. It is a guarantee:
- For non-perforation of the substrate: up to 15 years for Granite® Rain HDX, and up to 10 years for Granite® Rain HDS
- On colour fastness: up to 5 years (delta E < 3; Gloss retention > 80%) for Granite® Rain HDX and HDS
- For buildings located in the European geographical area
