A steel aerosol can consists of a can body (container), a bottom, and a can head into which a small well with a built-in valve is inserted. The assembly must withstand pressures of 12 to 18 bars generated by the process.
An alternative to this 3P can was marketed more than ten years ago in Europe in the form of a DWI 2P steel aerosol can made of a one-piece body and a can head. The production of aerosols requires a special expertise, as does the manufacture of the wells, which leads manufacturers to specialize in these types of products.
Aerosols can be used for many different products: cosmetics, cleaning products, food products, pharmaceutical and industrial products.
