We announced a few months ago two new Z-sections: the AZ 13-700R and the AZ 38-700N. These improved sections are intended to replace the ‘old’ equivalent sections. Our bookings have confirmed that the AZ 13 range is effectively being substituted by the AZ 13-770 and the new AZ 13-700R sections.

Consequently, it is now time to announce officially that the AZ 13 range will be phased out in the next months. The mill will still produce the AZ 13 for projects that have already been booked, but for all the upcoming projects, we will propose to our customers to replace it with one equivalent and lighter section.


 

We are also keen on announcing that our Mill 2 in Belval has rolled the new AZ 38-700N section. It was only scheduled for the second quarter of 2011, but early bookings pushed the mill to move this first rolling forward. More than 1.000 tonnes are now on their way to the job-site. The first piles will be driven in Germany in a few days. The rest is on its way to the USA, a major market for Z-piles. The AZ 39-700 range is still available for the moment, but our customers are kindly advised to switch to the new AZ 38-700N range.

Besides, the AZ 38-700N flyer is now available for download in 9 languages. You can also order a hard-copy of the English version.





As there were so many changes in our production range during the last months, we also updated our A5 flyer with the available sheet pile sections (available for download and as a hard-copy).

Nous avons annoncé il y a quelques mois deux nouveaux profils Z: l'AZ 13-700R et l'AZ 38-700N. Ces sections améliorées sont destinées à remplacer les profils ‘’actuels’’ équivalents. Le suivi des commandes a confirmé que l'AZ 13 est effectivement remplacé par l’AZ 13-770 et le nouveau profil AZ 13-700R.

Par conséquent, nous souhaitons officiellement annoncer le retrait progressif de l’AZ 13 de notre gamme de production. Son laminage est poursuivi pour les projets en cours, mais pour les projets futurs, nous proposerons à nos clients de le remplacer par un profil équivalent plus léger.


 

Nous tenons également à annoncer que notre laminoir de Belval a démarré avec succès la production industrielle de la nouvelle section AZ 38-700N, prévue à l’origine pour le deuxième trimestre de 2011. Plus de 1.000 tonnes sont d’ores et déjà en cours de livraison. Les premières palplanches seront mises en œuvre en Allemagne dans les prochains jours, d’autres sont en transit vers les Etats-Unis, un marché spécifique pour les profils Z. L'AZ 39-700 est encore disponible, mais nous invitons dès à présent nos clients à se diriger vers la nouvelle gamme AZ 38-700N.

Vor einigen Monaten haben wir zwei neue Profilgruppen der Z-Reihe angekündigt: die AZ 13-700R und die AZ 38-700N. Diese verbesserten Querschnitte sind vorgesehen, die „alten“ Profile im jeweils entsprechenden Widerstandsbereich zu ersetzen. Eingehende Aufträge bestätigen unsere Entscheidung, dass die AZ 13 in der Tat problemlos von den Profilen der Reihe AZ 13-770 und der neuen
AZ 13‑700R aufgefangen werden kann.

Von daher ist nun der rechte Zeitpunkt gekommen, um offiziell bekannt zu geben, dass die Produktion der AZ 13 in den nächsten Monaten auslaufen wird. Selbstverständlich findet die Produktion und Auslieferung für bereits gebuchte Projekte noch statt, jedoch wird für neue Auftragseingänge die äquivalente bzw. leichtere Alternative vorgeschlagen.


 

Ebenso freuen wir uns mitzuteilen, dass die ersten AZ 38-700N in unserem Walzwerk 2 in Belval produziert wurden. Auch wenn dies erst für das 2. Quartal 2011 vorgesehen war, mussten wir dem Bestellungsdruck nachgeben und das Walzwerk drängen, die Produktion vorzuziehen. Mehr als 1000 Tonnen sind nun schon auf dem Weg zu Baustellen weltweit. In Deutschland werden die ersten Bohlen in wenigen Tagen gerammt werden. Weitere sind auf dem Weg in die USA, einem sehr großen Markt für Z-Bohlen. Zurzeit ist die AZ 39-700-Reihe noch verfügbar, jedoch möchten wir unsere Kunden höflich dazu anhalten, künftige Bestellungen auf die neue AZ 38-700N umzustellen.

Vi abbiamo annunciato alcuni mesi fa due nuove sezioni: la AZ 13-700R e la AZ 38-700N. Queste sezioni migliorative sono destinate a sostituire le "vecchie" sezioni equivalenti. La nostra programmazione ha confermato che la gamma AZ 13 é stata effettivamente sostituita dalle sezioni AZ 13-770 e dalla nuova
AZ 13-700R.

Pertanto, é giunto il momento di annunciare ufficialmente che la gamma AZ 13 sarà gradualmente eliminata nei prossimi mesi. L'acciaieria continuerà a produrre il profilo AZ 13 per i progetti già in nota, ma per quelli futuri proporremo ai nostri clienti di sostituirlo con una sezione equivalente e più leggera.


 

Siamo inoltre desiderosi di annunciare che la nostra Acciaieria 2 a Belval ha laminato la nuova sezione AZ 38-700N. La previsione era per il secondo trimestre 2011, ma a causa di ordini già in nota la laminazione é stata anticipata. Più di 1.000 tonnellate sono ora in viaggio verso i cantieri. La prima palancola sarà infissa in Germania tra pochi giorni. Il resto in viaggio verso gli Stati Uniti, un mercato importante per la sezione Z. La gamma AZ 39-700 per il momento é ancora disponibile, ma i nostri clienti sono invitati a passare alla nuova gamma AZ 38-700N.

Inoltre, il catalogo AZ 38-700N é adesso disponibile per il download in 9 lingue. E' possibile anche richiedere una copia cartacea della versione inglese.




A seguito di numerosi cambiamenti nella nostra gamma di produzione durante gli ultimi mesi, abbiamo aggiornato anche il nostro catalogo in formato A5 con le gamme disponibili (disponibile sia per il download che in cartaceo).

Hace unos meses anunciamos el lanzamiento de dos nuevas secciones Z: las secciones AZ 13-700R y AZ 38-700N con el fin de remplazar las versiones “anteriores”. Los pedidos recibidos últimamente han confirmado que la gama AZ 13 esta siendo sustituida efectivamente por la sección AZ 13-770 y la nueva sección AZ 13-700R.

Es por ello que queremos anunciarles de manera oficial que la gama AZ 13 será sustituida progresivamente en los próximos meses. Nuestra fábrica continuará produciendo la gama AZ 13 para proyectos que ya hayan sido encargados, pero para todos los próximos proyectos, propondremos a nuestros clientes remplazar esta gama con la nueva sección, más liviana y de mayor calidad.


 

También tenemos el placer de anunciarles que nuestra Fábrica en Belval (Luxemburgo) ha comenzado a laminar la nueva sección AZ 38-700N. Esta laminación estaba planeada para el segundo trimestre del 2011, pero el volumen de pedidos recientes ha hecho que se adelantara. Más de 1.000 toneladas ya van en camino a las diferentes obras y los primeros pilotes serán hincados en Alemania en los próximos días. El resto de pilotes están siendo transportados hacia USA, un mercado importante para las secciones Z. Actualmente, la gama AZ 39-700 está todavía disponible, pero aconsejamos a nuestros clientes cambiar hacia la nueva gama AZ 38-700N cuyas cualidades superan a la anterior.

Además, el folleto AZ 38-700N está ahora disponible en 9 idiomas y puede ser descargado desde nuestra página web. También puede solicitarse una copia impresa de la versión en inglés.





Debido a los diferentes cambios ocurridos en nuestra gama de producción en los últimos meses, también hemos actualizado nuestro folleto A5 con las secciones de tablestacas disponibles (folleto disponible para descargar o en copia impresa).

Несколько месяцев назад мы объявили о запуске двух новых Z-секций: AZ 13-700R и AZ 38-700N. Данные усовершенствованные секции должны заменить свои «старые» эквиваленты. Наш портфель заказов свидетельствует об успешной замене серии AZ 13 секциями AZ 13-770 и новыми AZ 13-700R. Как следствие, пришло время официально объявить о снятии с производства в ближайшие месяцы ряда AZ 13.

Вместе с тем завод по-прежнему будет производить секции AZ 13 для проектов, которые уже заложены в производственный план, а для новых проектов заказчикам будет предложено заменить данный профиль эквивалентным или более легкой секцией.br /> 

 

Мы также рады объявить о том, что наш второй завод в Бельвале прокатал новую секцию AZ 38-700N. Ее производство было запланировано на второй квартал 2011, однако, поступившие заказы подтолкнули завод назначить первый прокат на более ранний срок. Более 1.000 тонн уже поставляются на объект. Первые сваи будут погружать в Германии через несколько дней. Остальные – на пути в США, которые являются основным рынком для Z-секций. Секции AZ 39-700 по-прежнему доступны для заказа, однако, мы рекомендуем нашим заказчикам переходить к новым AZ 38-700N секциям.

Кроме того, справочный лист по AZ 38-700N можно сейчас загрузить на 9 языках. Также можно заказать печатную копию на английском языке.





Поскольку за последние месяцы в нашей производственной линейке произошел ряд изменений, мы также обновили версию флаера A5 со всеми доступными шпунтовыми секциями (электронная версия и печатный вариант).

W zwiazku z tym nadszedl czas, by oficjalnie oglosic, ze seria profili AZ 13 zostanie wycofana w najblizszych miesiacach. Huta w dalszym ciagu bedzie produkowac AZ 13 wykorzystane w zatwierdzonych juz projektach, jednak dla wszystkich nastepnych projektów, proponujemy naszym klientom, aby zastapic je jednym z równowaznych lzejszych profili. 

Chcielibysmy takze oglosic, ze nasza zaklad w Belval wywalcowal nowy profil AZ 38-700N, zaplanowany dopiero na drugi kwartal 2011 r., jednak wczesniejsze zapytania sklonily nas do podjecia decyzji o przyspieszeniu procesu pierwszego walcowania. Ponad 1.000 ton ruszylo w droge do miejsc realizacji. Pierwsze grodzice zostana pograzone w Niemczech w ciagu kilku dni. Reszta jest w drodze do USA, na glówny rynek profili Z. Seria AZ 39-700 jest w obecnej chwili w dalszym ciagu dostepna, jednak proponujemy naszym klientom przejscie na nowa game profili AZ 38-700N.
