What is your ideal candidate?
We look for ambitious and development hungry graduates of steelmaking and related faculties. We recognize additional skills and qualifications, extra courses and activity of candidates, such as membership in student organizations, scientific interest groups or voluntary service. We do value work experience abroad and eagerness to work abroad as we believe in mobility. Good command of English is a must.
 
How good should my English be?
We are part of a multi-national company therefore we look for candidates with a good command of English. Knowledge of technical terms is most welcome.

Do you offer trainings and internships or do you only look for experienced staff?

We offer trainings and internships.  Trainings are provided to 3rd, 4th and 5th year university students. Trainings are available throughout the year, and their duration depends on student's requirements and mentor's availability and needs. Trainings are unpaid.

Can I apply for a job if I am a student?
Of course, you need to meet all the necessary requirements and it may not collide with your university studies.
