Second edition of the Ecole Polytechnique Innovation Award he winners have received the Innovation Award of Polytechnic on Thursday, December 17. In the patent category, the invention is related to solar cells Thin Films obtained by plasma epitaxy at low temperature on Fe-Ni alloy. This is a patent for the silicon deposition on FeNi 42.Pierre Louis Reydet and  Jean Pierre Reyal (AMSNA)are co-inventors.

A partnership is being built with the X and industrials (Total, EDF, GDF Suez ...) to continue research in order to industrialize this process rapidly.
