Close to the Customer : an extensive  commercial philosophy

This commercial philosophy extends to our customer-oriented organisation

Because it is vital that our customers receive our products when and where they need them, in exactly the quantities required and with the expected quality, we have developed a European network  of 16 sales offices and 13 service centres.
 

In the rest of the world, the ArcelorMittal group’s Stainless International network maintains relationships with customers from Vietnam to Canada.

Customer Satisfaction Survey for continuous improvement of our service

During the 2007 survey, several specific requirements were confirmed:

  • Stainless Europe has an extensive product range with acknowledged performance and quality and customer requirements can now extend further
  • Technical support commensurate with the technological sophistication of the products being used
  • Expectations are high for a service enabling them to fulfil their obligations toward their own customers and to develop their products without the risk of breakdown in supply
