Production lines and specific offers

Massalengo Service Center is equipped with:

• Three surface finishing lines (finishes realized: Scotch Brite/Polishing/Duplo).

• Three slitting lines for hot and cold-rolled coils. Production range: coils from 0,4 to 14mm thick and widths of up to 2000mm.

• Two cut-to-length lines for blanks (small dimensions).

• Two cut-to-length lines for hot and cold-rolled sheets for widths of up to 2m and thicknesses up to 14mm.

The Massalengo Service Center makes full use of its experience in surface finishes, making it one of the most recognised specialties of Aperam Stainless Services & Solutions.

We are able to enhance the characteristics of our products, which allows us to obtain a high quality Scotch Brite finish and offer the widest dimensional range on the market.

We can offer a tailored-made solution for each customer’s need, from white goods such as washing machines, to catering and industry applications, such as cookers and refrigerators.

Podenzano Service Center is equipped with:

• Six slitting lines. Production range: coils from 0,3 to 3mm thick and widths from 5 to 1500mm.

•  One cut-to-lenght line.

• One deburring edge line. 

• Two automatic packaging lines.
