Our company is constantly working on its competitiveness to improve its reactivity and flexibility to the market and to provide hjigh level services to our customers. Taking this into account, we are reorganizing ourselves as of 1st July 2009. Our focused organization is now structured into 2 divisions.

Industrial Division

Industrial division is in charge of production and marketing of products from our 4 operating units. It comprises two steelshops at Genk and Châtelet (Belgium), each with a capacity of 1 million tonnes, a hot rolling mill in Châtelet and rolling mill in Genk, Isbergues and Gueugnon (France). Learn more about our manufacturing process.

Industrial division is also responsible for technical assistance and developing tomorrow’s products.

Furthermore, special monitoring is organised for major accounts : Automotive and Domestic electrical appliances customers are handled by dedicated teams.

Service Division

Service division remains oriented on its three main activities:

• direct sales network for Stainless Europe in Europe, and for Stainless Europe and Stainless Brazil outside their local market.
• distribution and steel steel service centres in the same areas
• first transformation activities in Europe, including precision strips, tubular products and flat bars.
