Day to day assistance

 

First class assistance is required from the beginning to establish a long term relationship with clients. Technicians represents the link between the clients and production teams. By means of visits (on and off site), they offer technical support as long as is necessary. Their first aim is to offer help to the clients to discuss or put forward improvements or simplifications within the frame work of their mission for example :

 

- reply to client demands,
- propose technical and economical solutions,
- device specifications in conjunction with the customer.

 

Their second aim is :

 

- ensure the client's technical requirement are correctly translated to the factory,

- implement instructions, production steps and controls in order

to guarantee the product produced by Stainless Precision Europe conforms to client requirements.
